Systems
Systems that connect the tools you already use.
Systems work is for nonprofits and small businesses whose data lives in too many places. We connect your website, donations, memberships, events, and CRM so information moves on its own. Then we stay on to keep it running.
An example
Three boat shows, one plugin.
JBM & Associates runs the Charleston, Columbia, and Savannah boat shows. All three sites run on one custom plugin, and the show team edits them without us.
- Three show websites
- JBM show plugin (hub)
- Exhibitor directory
- Schedules and show data
What it covers
Where we usually start
Donations and events
Online giving, ticketing, and event registration that record each gift or signup where your team already works.
Memberships and classes
Renewals, class schedules, and class credits handled by the website instead of a spreadsheet.
CRM syncs
Website transactions sent to a donor CRM such as Little Green Light and matched to the right record.
Several sites, one setup
Related websites built on one shared foundation, so a fix or a new feature reaches all of them.
Proof
Systems we've built
- JBM & AssociatesThe Charleston, Columbia and Savannah boat show websites, rebuilt on one custom WordPress plugin with exhibitor directories, schedules and live show data.
- Not One More AlabamaA WordPress rebuild of a Weebly site, with an events calendar fed by GiveButter and a sync that sends gifts and registrations to Little Green Light.
- Upstate InternationalUI Engine, a member portal and staff dashboard we built to replace WooCommerce and CourseStorm. It runs Upstate International's memberships, classes and events, and sends every payment to Little Green Light.
- All work
Andrew was great to work with! He communicated clearly throughout the process, was always responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. He also has a keen eye for detail as well as design.
How it works
What working with us looks like
Call
We talk through what's broken, what you've tried, and who will run the result.
Plan
You get a written scope that says what we'll build and what we won't.
Build
You see it working along the way, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
Hand-off
Your team learns to run it. We stay on call after launch.
Tell us which tools aren't talking.
Send a few lines about the tools you use and where the data gets stuck. We'll tell you plainly what it takes and whether we're the right fit.
